Returns and Replacements
For any reason, the customer can return the order, entirely or partially. The articles can be returned within 14 days from the receipt date of parcel.
The articles must be returned in the same conditions in which they were originally sent, netly packaged. They must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The sole of shoes must be in perfect conditions and not show signs of usage.
The articles must be returned with all original labels, packages and other accessories (dustbag, and dress cover, ecc.) received into the parcel. The shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packages, which must be not damaged and altered or used as shipping packaging box.
If the customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to write an email to [email protected] and request their return authorization number (RAN), indicating your own name and order number. The request will be take over and will send an email with all instructions to do the return shipment.
The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer who can provide by courier or registered mail.
The customer who wishes to change size or color can place a new order.
The refund is made only after the checking of returned articles.
Once all conditions are met, we will refund the credit card used for payment within 30 working days. Costs, erroneously charged to Depeche srl, of transport and customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
For the ordered paid by credit card, the refund amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time can vary depending by credit card company, in any case it is about 20 working days.
The refunds are issued in the same currency of original purchase.
The shipping costs are never refunded.
